Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience in IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and support the offer rollout process.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.




- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Meet assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of recruitment life cycle (RLC).
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

Preferred Qualification:

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
