About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Recruiter & HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while also supporting our retainer clients with day-to-day HR requirements. This role will involve working with the UAC team as well as representing UAC at client offices when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and closure.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening calls and manage regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on hiring requirements and candidate progress.
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Support and manage HR operations for UAC’s retainer clients.
- Travel to client offices as required to provide in office HR support.
- Act as an HR representative for assigned clients and support their teams with day-to-day HR requirements.




- Assist with employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, engagement initiatives, and HR processes.
- Support clients with HR policies, processes, team coordination, and other HR services as required.
- Manage multiple recruitment and client responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates, employees, clients, and teams.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel to client offices in Mumbai when required.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic HR/recruitment tools.
- A proactive, people-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
