We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing and coordinating recruitment activities Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals, and local networks Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.

Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with hiring managers.

Manage walk-ins, bulk hiring drives, and contractor workforce coordination.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring documentation.

Liaise with manpower agencies and vendors for recruitment needs.

Collaborate with production and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management / Industrial Relations (preferred).

3-5 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing / plant setup.

Robust knowledge of shop-floor roles and technical hiring.

Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Male Candidates
