What this role is about

Learn how Shivansh products and features work, test them, reproduce and debug issues, support client onboarding and installations, and complete small development or automation tasks using Python and Node.js.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Understand product features, workflows and technical setup.
- Test new and existing features; identify bugs and broken flows.
- Reproduce issues and document explicit steps, evidence and outcomes.
- Review logs, API responses and system behaviour to find root causes. Build and maintain Selenium browser automations with Python.
- Make small Python or Node.js backend, API and integration changes.
- Assist with product installation, configuration and verification.
- Support client onboarding, setup and early technical assistance.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

- Strong proficiency in Python Working proficiency in Node.js
- Practical knowledge of Selenium automation Ability to write, test and debug code
- HTML, CSS selectors, XPath and browser fundamentals REST APIs, JSON and HTTP basics




- Systematic troubleshooting and log-reading ability
- Basic Git and version-control knowledge
- Clear written and verbal communication

GOOD TO HAVE

- FastAPI, Flask, Express.js, SQL or NoSQL
- Linux, command line, Docker, cloud, Windows or WSL Academic, personal or internship projects in automation

WORK ARRANGEMENT Hybrid role based in Valsad, Gujarat.
