We are looking for a highly driven Junior Project Manager to lead cross-functional marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a basic understanding of Agile project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Development, QA, and Operations.
- Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Schedule and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project review meetings.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and dashboards.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed within agreed timelines.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and communicate updates.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and project milestones where applicable.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
