- Procure mechanical materials, spare parts, and equipment as per requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, stores, and quality teams.
- Verify materials against technical specifications and drawings.
- Track purchase orders and resolve supply-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
