We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Executive with a Civil Engineering background to support the execution of new QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) and retail outlet projects. The role involves coordinating civil works, interior fit-outs, vendors, contractors, and site execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and execution of current QSR and retail outlet setup projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Supervise civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and signage works at project sites.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings.
- Verify contractor bills and monitor project costs.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of project materials.
- Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, and completion reports.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, statutory regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in snag rectification and project handover to operations.
- Support renovation and maintenance projects whenever required.
- Travel extensively to project locations for site supervision.

Required Qualifications




- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects.
- Freshers with internship experience in construction or interior projects may also apply.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction and interior fit-out execution.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works.
- Ability to read architectural and civil drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in QSR, café, restaurant, retail, or commercial outlet setup.
- Exposure to multiple site executions and contractor management.
