Role Description The Junior Project Engineer will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of HVAC, cleanroom, BMS, and MEPF projects, primarily for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in project design reviews, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with senior engineers and contractors, and tracking project progress against timelines and budgets.

The role involves site visits, basic inspections, and troubleshooting under supervision, as well as contributing to material estimation, drawings review,



and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, where the Junior Project Engineer will work partly on-site and partly from home, depending on project needs and phase.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with project teams, clients, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to support scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking.
- Candidates should possess Project Engineering skills to assist in technical design review, documentation, and implementation support.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge to understand and coordinate relevant systems within HVAC, BMS, and MEPF projects.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with basic engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office) and willingness to learn specialized HVAC/BMS applications.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to work at project sites when required.
