Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand real estate projects, amenities, pricing, layouts, and market positioning.
- Respond to inquiries from potential customers via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Share project details, brochures, floor plans, and pricing with prospects.
- Qualify leads and identify customer requirements and preferences.
- Assist in site visits and accompany the sales team to meetings with prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Prepare basic comparatives, project summaries, and reports.
- Follow up with leads and support the sales team in closing deals.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in presales or a related field.
- Robust understanding of CRM management systems and tools
- Excellent floor planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
