Hiring: Junior MEP Engineer

Location: IIT Bombay, Powai, Mumbai

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site execution.

- Mandatory: Experience working on high-rise building projects.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site.

- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Supervise HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical installations.

- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.

- Verify material quantities and monitor project progress.

- Assist in the testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems,



including HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Electrical services.

- Hands-on experience in high-rise building projects (mandatory).

- Ability to read and interpret MEP and coordination drawings.

- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in CPWD/PWD projects will be an added advantage.

- Fire Fighting project experience will be an added advantage.

- Experience on large institutional, commercial, or government infrastructure projects is preferred.

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
