About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and creative HR who loves interacting with people and isn't afraid of the camera. Along with supporting recruitment and HR operations, you'll help showcase our workplace culture through engaging social media content, employee interviews, behind-the-scenes videos, and office events.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Help prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with current hires regarding joining formalities.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
- Help collect employee feedback and maintain engagement records.
- Maintain HR files and documentation.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support attendance and leave record management.
- Assist with various day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Create engaging content showcasing our work culture, office life, team activities, and employee experiences.
- Be comfortable appearing in videos and hosting short interviews with team members.




- Record behind-the-scenes footage, office events, celebrations, and hiring campaigns.
- Collaborate on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media content.
- Brainstorm creative ideas to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking on camera and creating short-form video content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR and employer branding.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs & Google Sheets).
