Role Overview

Roswalt Realty is looking for an energetic and proactive Junior Recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition team in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and recruitment follow-ups.

The role is suitable for candidates who want to build their careers in recruitment and gain exposure to construction, engineering, real estate and corporate hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and internal databases.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to understand candidates’ experience, current compensation, expected compensation, notice period and job interest.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Share interview details, reminders and location information with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates for interview attendance, feedback, documentation and joining confirmation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Update candidate status regularly and prepare daily recruitment reports.
- Support senior recruiters in sourcing for technical, site-level, sales and corporate positions.
- Assist with job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, social media and WhatsApp groups.
- Build a pipeline of suitable candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with all candidates.




- Support offer documentation and onboarding coordination whenever required.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn or other job portals will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under targets and handle multiple positions.
- Willingness to learn about construction, engineering and real estate hiring.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
