Job Description:

- Position: Jr HR Executive

- Experience
- MBA HR Fresher

- Education: We hire based on individual talent, skill and work ethic. Formal degrees are not a material in our hiring decision.

- Location: Pan India

- Shift:Day/Night

Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Coordinate onboarding and training activities of current recruits.

- Manage training schedules, attendance, training trackers.

- Support trainers during training sessions in monitoring and evaluation.

- Assess trainees written communication skills including emails, assignments and assessments.

- Maintain training records, evaluation reports, and performance data.

- Assist in conducting assessments and engagement activities.

- Coordination for smooth execution of training and assessments.





- Support HR record management.

- Support onboarding documentation and employee joining formalities.

- Assist in preparing HR related documentation.

- Support HR operations as required.
