Roles & Responsibilities:
- Job Post for Experienced and Fresher internship programs on various job portals & LinkedIn and Social Media
- Connect with Experience and Fresher candidates via calls, emails & WhatsApp
- Schedule Interview , counselling sessions & motivate if freshers to join our internship
- Build tie-ups with colleges & consultancies, different Software Company Social Media Facebook, Instagram, linkedin
- Collect & manage candidate data, apply recent scope and idea
- Convert Fresher to Join our Internship training program for Software development , apply new scopes of hiring fresher, issue offer letter, track payment , completion letter etc
- Making contents, videos, reel , shorts, convert leads, share new ideas to generate more sales and revenue and do social posting and Social media marketing
- Having laptop will be advantage , Having 6 months HR experience from IT or related IT experience is plus
- Incentives & perks can be given based on work and performance
