Responsibilities

Design high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues, flyers, technical datasheets, presentations, business cards, banners, and exhibition materials.

Create engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

Manage the company's LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube channels by scheduling posts, uploading content, and maintaining a consistent brand presence.

Coordinate with videographers, photographers, printers, agencies, and other vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.

Work with the website development team to implement design improvements, update content, banners, product pages, and enhance the overall user experience.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.

Track and maintain weekly marketing performance reports, including website traffic, SEO metrics, Google Ads performance, and social media analytics.

Organize and maintain marketing assets, design files, and content libraries.

Support trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives with creative and logistical execution.

Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing best practices, and new creative tools. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing,



or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in graphic design or marketing design (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in AI design tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Canva and Figma is a plus.

Basic understanding of social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.

Experience creating both print-ready artwork and digital marketing creatives.

Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.

Valuable communication and project coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Location: Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week from our Andheri East office; remaining days remote)

Travel: Occasional travel (1–2 times per month) to our manufacturing facility in Umbergaon for product photography, videography, and marketing content creation.

Employment Type: Full-time
