The Junior Graphic Designer supports the execution of visual content across BluPrint s brands, campaigns, and marketing initiatives working across design and video formats with speed and consistency. This role covers branding, digital design, social media content, packaging concepts, and basic video editing, and requires someone who can execute briefs e ciently and largely independently, while producing assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Organisational Unit Function The Junior Graphic Designer will:
- Assist in creating brand assets logos, icons, illustrations, and visual elements.
- Support packaging design, product labels, mock-ups, and presentation materials.
- Create social media creatives posts, carousels, banners, and reels.
- Handle basic video editing for short-form content across multiple platforms.
- Support simple motion graphics and animations using available design tools.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Execute campaign briefs e ciently and independently, collaborating with the marketing and creative teams as needed.
- Organise and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
- Learn and apply AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows and productivity.
- Revise creative work based on feedback and deliver final outputs within agreed timelines.
We re looking for a junior designer to support brand and content execution across the company. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can work across design and video formats with speed and consistency.
Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following background and experience criteria:
Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia,
Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field (currently pursuing or recently completed).
A portfolio demonstrating academic, freelance, or personal creative projects.
Experience creating content for social media platforms.
Basic understanding of branding and marketing communication.
Familiarity with packaging design or print production.
Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals is an added advantage.

- Basic Motion & Video Editing Skills Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro (or similar)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour
- Ability to work across digital and print formats
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools
AI & Design Tools (Necessary to Know)
- Canva for social media workflows (essential)
- Figma (optional / advantage)
- Comfortable using, or willing to learn, AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and ideation
