Accounts Receivable

- Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable processes, and collections.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and follow up on outstanding payments and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams for smooth AR operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that arise.
- Develop and implement proactive collection strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Prepare and present reports on the accounts receivable status to management on timely basis, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual AR aging and other AR reports.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy, such as Track and close short payments, deductions, returns, TDS accounting.
- Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures are in compliance with Internal and legal regulations.




- Overseeing the accurate application of payments in the accounting systems, monitoring, and reconciliation of the AR General ledger with Customers Ledger.
- Assisting leadership in the preparation of the annual budget and long-term financial objectives, and forecasts related to accounts receivable performance.
- Supporting Internal and Statutory audit by providing documents and reconciliations and maintain accurate records and correspondence of accounts receivable transactions as per the Management and Audit requirement
- Forecasting and reporting on cash flow related to accounts receivable, to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Review all kind of reconciliation - Customer / 26AS / Billing Vs Customer GRN / Sales Register Vs EInvoice Vs E Way bill.
- Support month-end and year-end close with accurate AR schedule like (variance analysis, (revenue reconciliations, receivables, provisions, write-offs) etc.
