Job Summary The Junior Engineer Customer Services will support the Engineering Audit & IoT Solutions team by providing technical assistance to customers, conducting site surveys, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth customer communication throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a strong technical foundation in Electrical Engineering, excellent documentation skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Conduct customer site visits to collect technical information, site measurements, photographs, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed site survey reports and maintain complete project documentation.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements and site assessments.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assist in technical proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams for timely submission of quotations and project execution.
- Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations, technical clarifications, approvals, and project updates.
- Maintain quotation records, customer databases, and project documentation.
- Assist in Engineering Audit and IoT Solution projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, site visits, and customer meetings.




- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
- Knowledge of LT/HT systems, panels, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution.
- Ability to interpret SLDs, electrical drawings, and layouts.
- Basic electrical load calculations and cable sizing.
- Familiarity with energy monitoring systems, smart meters, sensors, and IoT solutions.
- Knowledge of multimeters, clamp meters, Megger, and power quality analyzers.
- Valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations, technical reports, and documentation.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Energy Audits.
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, VFDs, and industrial automation.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
- Understanding of IS and IEC standards.
- CRM software knowledge is an advantage.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel.

Travel Requirement Minor travel within Pune and nearby locations for customer meetings, site surveys, engineering audits, quotation discussions, and project coordination.
