About the Role We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Junior Business Development Executive to support vendor onboarding and business development activities, particularly across Tamil Nadu and South India. Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential service providers
Explain CapeTerminal and onboard vendors onto the platform
Collect and verify vendor information
Build relationships with business owners and local service providers
Support lead generation, market research, sales and marketing activities
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and onboarding progress Requirements
Fluency in Tamil and working proficiency in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with telecalling and speaking with business owners
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email and online tools
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
