Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the expansion of our presence across Karnataka. The role involves identifying and engaging engineering colleges, universities, and higher education institutions, building solid relationships with key stakeholders, conducting presentations, coordinating proposals, and supporting the closure of institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for business development in the education sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with engineering colleges, universities, and higher education institutions across Karnataka to generate business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including academic leaders, placement officers, and institutional administrators.
3. Conduct product presentations,



meetings, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of the organization's offerings.
4. Prepare proposals, coordinate follow-ups, and support the end-to-end partnership closure process.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities while contributing to business development and outreach initiatives.

Skill Set:

1. 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, EdTech Sales, or Institutional Sales.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
4. Familiarity with the Karnataka higher education ecosystem will be an added advantage.
5. Fluency in English and Kannada, with willingness to travel across Karnataka as required.
