WLRC is inviting applications for its Elite Legal Traineeship Program, a 3 month intensive, full time program specializing in Cyber Law and FinTech Compliance. What you'll work on:

Real legal work on live client matters, not shadowing. You'll draft legal opinions, compliance reports, and regulatory submissions for FinTech and crypto exchange clients, assist with compliance audits, and support court and investigation work involving agencies like ED, CBI, SFIO, and EOW. You'll learn:

IT Act 2000, PMLA and AML/CFT frameworks, DPDP Act 2023, Virtual Digital Assets compliance, and digital evidence admissibility, under the mentorship of advocates with 17+ years of experience. Who should apply:

LLB graduates (freshers welcome), strong in research and writing, comfortable in a fast paced client facing setting. Details:

Duration: 3 months, full time, on site

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM

Intake: Limited to 8-10 candidates

This is an unpaid traineeship focused on skill development, with performance based incentives and client retention rewards for outstanding work.
