Role Description The Junior Area Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Nexfore Consulting’s safety and consulting services, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients in the assigned area.

Daily tasks include visiting client sites, understanding their safety and compliance needs, presenting tailored service solutions, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role involves coordinating with internal technical and consulting teams to ensure accurate service scoping and timely delivery, tracking sales performance metrics, and reporting area-wise progress to senior management.

Manager is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety, compliance, and consulting offerings and represent Nexfore Consulting professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship management.




- Ability to understand and explain safety, compliance, and consulting services, with comfort discussing audits, training, certification, and documentation with clients.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at various organizational levels.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to plan client visits, manage pipelines, and meet area sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in sales or consulting may be considered.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in consulting, safety, compliance, or industrial services, is beneficial but not mandatory for junior candidates.
- Comfort working on-site in Thane and traveling within the assigned area as required; a valid mode of local transportation is helpful.
