Job Summary

- The candidate should have a positive understanding of Mumbai building regulations and experience preparing architectural drawings and coordinating with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural planning, design development, and concept creation.
- Prepare detailed working drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Support proposal submissions and design presentations.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and site teams.
- Perform site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals.
- Prepare area statements, layouts, and design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DCPR, MCGM, and SRA regulations
