We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating accurate 2D civil floor plans, developing 3D models, and generating visual renders for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Draft precise 2D architectural and civil floor plans, elevations, and sections. Create accurate 3D models based on design concepts and CAD drawings. Produce realistic 3D exterior and interior renders for client presentations. Modify existing drawings and models based on client and team feedback. Ensure all drafts adhere to architectural standards and design specs.
Qualifications &
Required Skills Degree/Diploma: Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch)
or Diploma in Architectural Assistantship / Civil Drafting. Must-Have Software Expertise: AutoCAD: Advanced 2D drafting skills (speed, accuracy, and proper layer management are essential).
Strongly Preferred Software Skills: 3D Modeling: AutoCAD 3D, SketchUp, or Revit.
Rendering: V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar rendering software. Post-Processing: Basic Photoshop skills for image touch-ups. Strong understanding of spatial planning, structural dimensions, and architectural details. Positive communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
