We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing studio team.
Key Responsibilities
Site Context & Client Brief Analysis: Deeply study the site context, climate, topography, and client requirements to form strong conceptual design foundations.
Functional & Aesthetic Design: Craft spaces that balance maximum convenience, spatial functionality, and strong aesthetic appeal.
Material Selection & Behavior: Gain a hands-on understanding of material behaviors, textures, and finishes to guide material selections and final specifications.
Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate with the Principal Architect, Structural Engineer, MEP, HVAC, Interior Designers, detail drawing staff, site coordinators, and project managers. (We provide hands-on training to help you master this complex workflow).
Site & Vendor Management: Handle site visits, coordinate directly with vendors and suppliers, and ensure design details are accurately executed on-field.
Design Collaboration: Actively participate in studio design discussions,
material research, and collaborative problem-solving across all project phases.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an architectural studio.
Software Proficiency:
High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Strong skills in Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or D5 Render for realistic 3D visualization.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for presentation graphics.
Core Competencies:
Keen eye for spatial planning, climate-responsive aesthetics, and material application.
Strong willingness to learn multi-disciplinary project coordination and site operations.
Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
