- Develop interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed working drawings in AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models using SketchUp.
- Assist in design presentations and client meetings.
- Prepare mood boards and material presentations.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct periodic site visits and maintain design documentation.
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
- Assist in electrical, ceiling, and plumbing layout drawings (where applicable).
- Research current materials, finishes, and design trends.
- Support project execution through design coordination. These responsibilities are commonly expected in junior architecture and interior design roles.
Required SkillsMust Have
- B.Arch or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 0–2 years of experience in Architecture/Interior Design.
- Strong command of AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of SketchUp.
- Understanding of working drawings and detailing.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation.
- Good design sensibility and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Vastu Principles.
- Experience with 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona preferred).
- Photoshop or Canva for presentation preparation.
