Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Architect role based in Raipur.

The Junior

Architect will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed design documentation under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include creating and modifying 2D and 3D models, coordinating with consultants, supporting integration of design and technical requirements, and helping ensure project timelines are met. The role involves participating in design reviews, conducting basic site visits and measurements, and supporting project management activities such as organizing documentation and tracking progress.





Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and preparation of design drawings.

Ability to support Integration of design, technical, and building systems requirements within project workflows.

Basic understanding of Project Management principles, such as organizing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking tasks.

Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification, with eligibility to pursue professional licensure as applicable.

Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to evolving project needs and timelines.

Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices in India or a demonstrated interest in learning them.
