Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Malur, Kolar District (1 hr from Bangalore Airport)

Job Summary The Junior Accounts Executive will assist the Accounts & Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily accounting transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related matters.
- Support audits and provide required documentation.
- Perform any other accounting duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally ERP/Tally Prime (ERP knowledge preferred).
- Positive analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Reporting To Accounts Manager / Senior Accounts Executive
