Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance and experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist with reconciliations, and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting issues.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with Tally, Busy, or other accounting software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
