- Consulting:
- You support the analysis and optimization of our customers’ sales processes.
- You create opportunities for successfully integrating SAP Sales Cloud into existing system landscapes, such as SAP S/4HANA.
- Together with experienced consultants, you develop initial solution concepts based on SAP Sales Cloud.
- Design & Implementation:
- You support the implementation and further development of SAP Sales Cloud solutions.
- You help implement customer-specific requirements in sales.
- You accompany projects from conception through to go-live.
- Configuration & Customizing:
- You take on initial customizing tasks in SAP Sales Cloud.
- You support the creation of reports,
dashboards, and sales analyses.
- You work with modern cloud technologies in the SAP CX environment.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial knowledge of CRM systems, sales, or SAP.
- Interest in cloud technologies and digital sales processes.
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working.
- Solid communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers.
- Very good English skills.
