We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in managing brand pages, creating content, and driving engagement. The ideal candidate understands trends, algorithms, and how to build an impactful digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

-Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.

-Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories across all platforms.

-Identify trending formats, audio, and opportunities to increase reach.

Content Creation & Execution

-Coordinate with the design and video teams to produce high-quality content.

-Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy with strong communication skills.

-Shoot basic videos/photos when needed (added advantage).

Page Management

-Manage and monitor daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

-Optimize page aesthetics, bios, highlights, and CTAs.

-Ensure consistent brand voice and style.

Analytics & Reporting

-Track, analyze, and report monthly performance metrics.





-Use insights to improve content strategy and campaign performance.

-Propose recent ideas based on analytics and trends.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and trending content formats.

Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing apps, or reel creation (preferred).

Good communication and copywriting skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Creativity, trend awareness, and strong attention to detail.

Good to Have

Experience in influencer marketing.

Knowledge of basic analytics tools (Meta Insights, Business Suite, etc.).

Ability to ideate and create reels independently.
