(JD) Jr. Executive – Inventory

Department: Inventory / Operations Location: Kalyan, Mumbai

Experience: 0–2 Years Qualification: Graduate

Salary : ₹15000-18000 (Commerce preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Executive – Inventory to manage day-to-day inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate material movement between departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Inventory software.
- Support daily stock inward, outward, and transfer activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Store, Sales, and Procurement teams for material requirements.
- Perform physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of inventory.
- Prepare stock reports and maintain inventory-related documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Assist in maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Ensure proper handling and safe storage of materials.
- Support periodic inventory audits.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory area.
- Perform any other inventory-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Inventory, Stores, Warehouse, or Operations.
- Freshers with good knowledge of inventory management may also apply.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP software (Odoo preferred) will be an advantage.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
