- Handling Accounts Payable &
- Receivable

- Bank reconciliation & ledger scrutiny

- GST, TDS working & basic compliance knowledge

- Preparation of monthly financial reports

- E-invoicing and E-way bill knowledge

Purchase

Handling:

- Making Purchase Orders (PO)

- Checking Purchase Bills with PO &
- GRN

- Vendor account reconciliation

- Rate comparison & cost verification

- Maintaining purchase records and documentation

- Making Transportation Entry &

- Arrangements of Vehicles

3. Basic BOM (Bill of Material) Knowledge:

- Preparing basic BOM for production

- Cost calculation as per raw material

- Coordination with production team for material requirement

- Maintaining material consumption records

- Job Work Related Accounting &
- GST Return Filling.

Audit &

- Compliance:

- Internal audit support

- Handling auditor queries

- Maintaining proper documentation for verification

- Stock audit support

Skills Required:

- Valuable knowledge of Tally ERP

- Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)

- Understanding of GST, and accounting principles

- Basic understanding of BOM structure

- Strong verification and checking skills

- Attention to detail & accuracy

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)

- 0–1 years of relevant experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
