Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain COBOL programs for mainframe systems using VSAM and JCL.

- Troubleshoot issues with existing programs and provide solutions to resolve problems efficiently.

- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in program design and implementation.

- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for coding conventions, documentation, and testing.

Job Requirements :

- 2-10 years of experience in COBOL programming on mainframes (AS400) or similar platforms.

- Solid understanding of CICS transactions processing systems.

- Proficiency in developing complex reports using various reporting tools such as JCL.
