Key Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support SAP Sales and Distribution solutions. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline order-to-cash processes, optimize sales operations, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales, distribution, shipping, billing, and customer service processes.
- Configure and support SAP SD functionalities including:
- Customer Master Data
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing & Discounts
- Delivery Processing
- Shipping & Transportation
- Billing & Invoicing
- Credit Management
- Returns & Complaints Processing
- Implement and support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.




- Work closely with business users to identify process improvements and recommend SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
- Support integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and CRM modules.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct user training and prepare process documentation.
