Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Spring Boot Developer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for application development.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
- Stay updated with the latest Java ecosystem, frameworks, and development practices.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.




- Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of Maven or Gradle build tools.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Must be proficient in leveraging AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Must be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and business requirements.
- Prior experience working in a SaaS (Software as a Service) product company will be an added advantage.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies is desirable.
