: AMS Analyst / Developer .NET / Java / SaaS Platform

Role Overview

We are looking for an AMS Analyst / Developer to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise applications built on .NET, Java, and SaaS platforms. The role focuses on production support, incident resolution, minor enhancements, RCA, integrations, and collaboration with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure stable application operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide AMS support for .NET, Java, and SaaS-based enterprise applications, ensuring SLA adherence and service quality.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, production issues, integration failures, and recurring application problems.
- Develop, test, and deploy minor enhancements, bug fixes, configuration changes, and application updates.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
- Support application monitoring, batch jobs, APIs, interfaces, database queries, logs, releases, and post-deployment validation.
- Work with business users, QA, infrastructure, product owners, and vendors to deliver effective application support and enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, incident notes, and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

- Hands-on AMS, production support,



maintenance, and enhancement experience.
- Strong experience in .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, and MVC.
- Working knowledge of Java, Spring / Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms including configuration, access management, integrations, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Strong SQL/database skills, including stored procedures, query analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Experience with ITSM tools and incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
- Positive understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, source control, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, security, and compliance practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in application development, maintenance, AMS, or production support.
- Experience in managed services, Agile, DevOps, insurance, financial services, or regulated environments will be preferred.
- Relevant certifications in .NET, Java, cloud, ITIL, Agile, or SaaS platforms will be an added advantage.
