Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership for production support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.

- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

- Develop and maintain documentation for production systems, including configuration files, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

- Ensure compliance with security standards by implementing access controls, encryption, and monitoring protocols.

- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in Java Production Support or similar role.

- Robust understanding of Spring Boot microservices architecture.

- Experience working with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and messaging queues (Kafka).

- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex issues quickly.
