Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conducting classroom or online lectures on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, MySQL/SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related full stack technologies.

- Assigning and evaluating coding assignments, mini-projects, and full-stack application development projects.

- Providing one-on-one mentoring, clearing doubts, and offering project support to students.

- Ensuring the curriculum remains updated, industry-relevant, and aligned with current development practices.

- Collaborating with other trainers and content teams to enhance training materials and course structure.

- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.

- Creating an interactive, engaging, and hands-on learning environment.

- Participating in faculty meetings, internal training, and continuous professional development programs.

- Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development, cloud deployment, and modern full-stack frameworks.

Job Qualification & Skill Sets:





- A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Java Full Stack Java Trainer

- Robust expertise in Core Java, OOP concepts, Exception Handling, Collections, Multithreading, and JDBC.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for backend development.

- Strong working knowledge of Hibernate/JPA for ORM and database mapping.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basics of React or Angular preferred.

- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

- A passion for teaching and helping students start their careers in software development.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
