Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Fullstack Developer role based in Bengaluru. The developer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications, working across both front-end interfaces and back-end services.

Daily responsibilities include implementing responsive UI components, developing and integrating APIs, writing clean and testable code, and collaborating with designers and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves participating in code reviews, optimizing application performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable software that supports MountBox’s digital experience and branding projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java React Developer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot,



along with hands-on experience in building responsive frontend applications using React.

Key responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with version control systems and Agile development methodologies.

Required skills

- 2+ years of experience in Java development and React
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, and multithreading.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Good understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of Maven or Gradle.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred skills

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Quallification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
