Role &

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and backend services.
- Develop enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with high performance, security, and reliability.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and productive code following coding standards and best practices.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Design and optimize database queries, data models, and application performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Work with distributed systems, messaging platforms, and cloud-based environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD practices, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.





Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, and Java performance tuning.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Good understanding of database concepts with experience in SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and system design principles.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently handle technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
