Java Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with 4–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop scalable Microservices and RESTful APIs.

- Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security, JWT, and OAuth2.

- Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Integrate Apache Kafka for asynchronous messaging.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles.

- Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.

- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams in Agile environments.

- Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

- Testing: JUnit 5, Mockito, Integration Testing

- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI

- Tools: Git, Maven, Gradle, IntelliJ IDEA, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, Confluence

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
