Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.

- Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and Microservices based on business requirements.

- Analyze functional and technical requirements and provide effective software solutions.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Integrate applications with third-party systems, databases, and external APIs.

- Optimize application performance through code tuning, query optimization, and memory management.

- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

- Participate in application architecture, technical design discussions, and solution planning.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices using Spring Security and OAuth/JWT.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Product Owners.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve code quality and technical skills.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.

- Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, coding standards, and quality assurance practices.

- Support application maintenance, enhancements, and version upgrades.

- Continuously evaluate and adopt recent technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency and application performance. Role & responsibilities
