Role Overview :

As a Java Backend Lead based in Hyderabad, you will spearhead the design and development of high-scale distributed systems that form the backbone of our digital ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of engineering and strategy, collaborating closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. Your daily contributions will directly influence system reliability and user experience, ensuring our platform remains performant and resilient while serving millions of requests.

By mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering culture and delivering long-term value to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot to ensure modularity and high availability across our service-oriented landscape.
- Optimize application performance by conducting deep-dive analysis and implementing advanced tuning techniques to reduce latency and improve throughput for critical business workflows.
- Orchestrate containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes to streamline our infrastructure management and enhance workplace consistency.
- Design and maintain high-throughput event-driven systems using Kafka to facilitate seamless asynchronous communication between distributed components.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of RESTful web services, ensuring secure, well-documented, and efficient API integrations for internal and external stakeholders.




- Drive the adoption of CI/CD best practices to automate testing and deployment pipelines, significantly reducing time-to-market for new features.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade Java applications with a deep understanding of the Spring Boot ecosystem and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, leveraging container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker to maintain resilient production environments.
- Strong proficiency in performance tuning and troubleshooting complex backend issues to ensure optimal system stability under heavy load.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor team members to foster a collaborative engineering environment.
- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Hyderabad.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, supported by 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

Candidates shortlisted after the internal technical evaluation will receive a conditional offer. Upon final client selection, they will be required to sign an 18-month employment agreement. Early exit during this period will attract a recovery amount equivalent to three times the monthly CTC.
