Role Overview :

As a Retail Project Manager, you will serve as the bridge between complex technical requirements and successful retail deployment strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with internal engineering units and external retail stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of our software solutions.

Your day-to-day will involve managing the full project lifecycle, mitigating risks, and ensuring that our retail execution tools deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency and market reach for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the end-to-end project lifecycle for retail software implementations, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and business objectives.
- Coordinate with technical teams to oversee the integration of SAP DMS modules, ensuring data integrity and seamless synchronization across retail platforms.
- Manage cloud infrastructure deployments on GCP,



optimizing resource allocation to ensure high availability and performance for end-users.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Monitor project health, timelines, and budget constraints, proactively addressing bottlenecks to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular status reviews and post-implementation audits to drive continuous improvement in project execution methodologies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a fast-paced retail or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to configure and manage SAP DMS integrations, ensuring complex data structures are effectively mapped to business workflows.
- Solid technical proficiency in leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to support scalable enterprise applications.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex client requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment across Gurgaon, Greater Noida, and Noida, maintaining high productivity and team collaboration.
- Possession of 6 - 8 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within the retail technology or FMCG domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering data-driven results in high-pressure scenarios.
