Japanese Language Trainer (N5–N4) – JWA KIHON Program ? Remote | Full-time | Immediate Joining | Japan With Adi (JWA) — India’s fastest-growing ecosystem for Japan-bound students — is launching its flagship foundation program: JWA KIHON.

This program is designed to build strong N5 + N4 level mastery, focusing on real-world conversational Japanese, fluency, and cultural understanding for students aiming to study, work, or live in Japan.

We are hiring high-energy, impactful Japanese Language Trainers who can make students fall in love with learning Japanese.

Role Overview

As a Japanese Language Trainer, you will:

- Teach complete JLPT N5 & N4 curriculum (grammar, vocab, kanji, listening, reading)
- Conduct interactive, high-energy online classes (18–20 students per batch)
- Focus on conversational Japanese and real-life usage
- Handle multiple batches with consistency and quality
- Make learning fun, engaging, and addictive (even for students who don’t like studying)
- Upload class recordings regularly
- Track attendance in Excel + submit weekly reports
- Collaborate closely with the JWA academic team
- Represent JWA on YouTube, social media, and national platforms

- Can make students enjoy learning Japanese
- Have robust conversational fluency in Japanese
- Are fluent in English + Hindi
- Know how to use Zoom, Google Meet,



and online tools
- Can control and engage a class effectively
- Are disciplined, consistent, and result-oriented
- Are comfortable being featured on social media platforms
- Are open to feedback and can adapt to JWA teaching systems

Eligibility & Requirements

- JLPT N3 or above (mandatory)
- 2–3 years of Japanese teaching experience (online/offline)
- Must have a laptop + stable internet connection
- Must know how to operate Zoom and online platforms
- Must handle recordings, attendance tracking, and reporting
- Must be fully available (not working full time elsewhere)
- Must be dedicated during working hours (no casual leaves)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Comfortable handling multiple batches simultaneously

Compensation

- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on batches allotted)
