Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an IVF Consultant located in Karad. The IVF Consultant will oversee patient assessments, guide individuals and couples through fertility treatment options, and develop customized care plans based on patient needs. The role involves performing or supervising fertility procedures, including IVF, ICSI, and IUI,



as well as collaborating with clinical and laboratory teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Additionally, the consultant will provide emotional and educational support to patients, stay updated on medical advancements in reproductive medicine, and ensure adherence to ethical practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in conducting and supervising advanced fertility treatments, such as IVF, ICSI, and IUI
- Strong diagnostic, patient consultation, and care planning abilities
- Experience working collaboratively with embryologists, counselors, and other clinical staff
- Up-to-date knowledge of reproductive medicine protocols and advancements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic care to patients
- Familiarity with ethical guidelines and legal standards in reproductive health
- Minimum MD/MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology with specialization or experience in reproductive medicine
- Previous experience in similar clinical settings is highly advantageous
