Role Overview :

As an AIML Lead based in Gurgaon, you will spearhead the design and deployment of intelligent solutions that transform how our clients manage their field operations. You will work closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable machine learning models. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of sales teams and the accuracy of retail analytics, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of innovation in the consumer goods technology space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to automate decision-making processes for field sales operations.
- Lead the development of deep learning models to improve image recognition and retail audit accuracy for our global client base.




- Establish MLOps best practices to ensure the seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of models in production environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to define data strategy and feature engineering requirements that drive business growth.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the AI team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade machine learning and deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Proven ability to design and manage MLOps workflows, including model versioning, automated testing, and continuous integration for AI services.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience in leading technical projects and guiding teams through the full lifecycle of AI product development.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, combined with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, office-based workplace in Gurgaon.
- 6 - 8 years of professional experience in developing and scaling artificial intelligence solutions.
