Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ITI Intern role based in Recent Delhi. The intern will support day-to-day production activities related to LED lighting, including basic assembly work, inspection of components, and assisting in routine maintenance of tools and machines under supervision.

Responsibilities may include handling raw materials, following safety procedures, documenting work, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area.



The role involves learning and applying technical skills gained during ITI training, cooperating with senior technicians and supervisors, and participating in process improvements where applicable.

Qualifications

- Completed or currently pursuing ITI in a relevant trade (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Fitter, or similar).
- Basic understanding of electrical components, LED products, or electronics assembly processes.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and willingness to perform hands-on workshop or factory tasks.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi and ability to maintain simple records or logs.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new tools and processes, and grow into more advanced technical responsibilities.
