We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to provide technical assistance and support to internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and network problems
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Assist users with IT-related queries via call, email, or ticket system
- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined timelines
- Coordinate with the senior IT team for escalated issues
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems in the organization
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking basics (LAN/WAN, IP configuration)
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (preferred)
Preferred:
- Basic hardware troubleshooting knowledge
- Team collaboration and quick learning ability
